Feature requests & interviews

Feature requests flow through the same inbox. If it’s a fit we’ll propose a short product call, route it into the relevant app backlog, or suggest alternatives.

Evaluator and rollout support

ArdSaor’s current product focus is AI Clearance, with Access Evidence maintained in support and monitoring mode. Here’s how we partner with admins and reviewers:

  • AI Clearance: rollout guidance for Jira-admin governance, JSM intake, approvals, audit logs, and optional Okta or Microsoft Entra connector setup.
  • Access Evidence: support for existing access-review workflows, evidence exports, and maintenance questions.
  • Reference app docs: older ArdSaor app pages are kept for support/reference; contact us before treating them as active install guidance.

Which product is active now?

AI Clearance is the primary current product. Access Evidence remains supported, while older app docs are reference material unless re-promoted.

What does it cost?

Marketplace pricing is published with each active listing or rollout agreement. Reviewer and evaluator support is handled through the support inbox.

What is Forge?

Forge is Atlassian’s cloud app platform. It keeps customer data inside Atlassian’s infrastructure and enforces fine-grained permissions.
